In
his book “Create Your Fortune in Network Marketing,” author
(and friend) David Nelson claims that posture is even more important
than knowledge.
He's right. Especially when you're brand new to this brilliant business
system.
But there's a catch. How do you know what posture to adopt
in order to be successful? And how do you know it will work
for you? That you’ll feel comfortable, natural and uncompromised with
it?
It’s a “which comes first, the chicken or the egg?” kind of situation.
But there’s no need to worry about it. The answer’s quite simple.
Posture is closely linked to correct perspective. It’s a firmly-held mindset based on fact and rational analysis,
not mere belief (which is what you want to be true, regardless
of reality). It helps you to assess every situation, every prospect,
every question or challenge that comes along, and to respond in the
most appropriate way. It will give you certainty, confidence
and peace of mind.
On the pages that follow, I'm going to explain in detail
a very specific posture, or perspective, on network marketing that I know, from years of personal experience, to be accurate and reliable.
It’s the posture that we’ve adopted, personally and for my own
team.
It works. But it only works if you hold to it without fail. If
you waver — and this posture takes real grit and determination — you
risk losing the plot. But if you hang in there, and don't let anything
or anyone faze you, it will pay you dividends like you won’t believe.
I have an extremely high success rate when it comes to both retailing
and sponsoring. (How does 100% sound to you?)
This posture lies at the very heart of that success rate. It will
work for you, too. But don’t expect a 100% success rate from the
start. Ironically, that’s an indispensable part of this potent posture
that helps to ensure that you’ll eventually enjoy that kind of success.
